Pepsi is a sweet, nicely socialized young boy. He's only 35 pounds or so now, but if you look at his head and his cute white feet, you know he has some growing to do.
This is a happy, energetic boy who is quick to stop playing to come over for a hug and a pat.
He might know a little bit about fetching a ball (the part where he runs after it, not so much on the bringing it back)but there are so many new sights, sounds, smells and people, who can really be interested in a ball?
Pepsi is good with other dogs - doesn't react with anything but curiosity. He is at the perfect stage of life to get out in the world, and learn good stuff with his new family.
****NEWSFLASH**** Pepsi got to go on a hike at San Antonio Creek. Here's what his hiking volunteers had to say about him. "We really had a blast with this little guy. We're always impressed with how good his car manners are, and how athletic he is especially for a guy who's still growing into his frame." ***** All the pictures here are from his hike - take a look!
And what should that new family be like? Loving, active, consistent, and outgoing folks will create an adult dog with good basic obedience skills, a continuing happy attitude around people and other dogs, and a great family member who will play and cuddle with equal enthusiasm.
Go for a walk with Pepsi, and every stranger he meets falls for him - and he loves the attention.
It will be even more fun when he has some better leash skills, but that's what pack leaders are for, right?
