video of Leona being a happy silly goof, playing ball in the backyard. She is all tuned up to stay with you, now - good house companion and fun outside. Leona can be high energy, but calms down easily when you want her to. Her good start on manners has been reinforced by the foster mom, so she knows sit, down, shake, and walks well on a leash. She practically took up residence at the local beach recently. She loves her chews and food puzzles stuffed with treats. Her trepidation with meeting strangers and her excitement to passing bicyclists or skate boarders have all been worked out thanks to the training guidance from the K-9 PALS animal behavior trainer, Andrea Bratt Frick. Leona likes...no…LOVES to play with all other dogs and learns from them when they tell her to calm down. Leona passed her cat test, but isn't currently living with cats. She also served as a greeter of little costumed kids at the K-9 PALS Halloween Extravaganza at the Calle Real Pet House event. Take some time to see Leona for yourself - the pictures don't do her justice. ">
