Because K-9 PALS is an all-volunteer group, every cent of your gift goes directly towards the care of the dogs at the Santa Barbara County Animal Shelter.
Your tax-deductible gift is so important to the needs of these dogs – this is how 100% of your donation to K-9 PALS will be spent:
Medical care – many of them have been neglected - some need surgery, dental work, and treatment for serious diseases, usually involving the need
for lab and diagnostic tests, X-rays, medications, and special diets.
Comforts – the dogs enjoy creature comforts - beds, blankets, treats, exercise yards, and grooming.
Training – all dogs love to learn – training programs, videos, agility equipment,
and other training supplies.
Whether your donation is large or small, you will be making a difference in the lives of our shelter dogs. They are counting on you.

-Medical Fund
-Peanut Fund for medical needs of senior dogs
-Jamie Fund for dogs placed in foster care
-Education Fund to help with costs for the volunteer and new dog owner training classes.
eScrip Fundraising Program
K-9 PALS has enrolled with the eScrip fundraising program. By using your grocery cards, such as Vons Club, or your debit or credit cards, you
can make contributions to K-9 PALS by shopping at many local merchants.
Simply register online at www.escrip.com and link your existing grocery, debit, or credit cards for use in the fundraising program. When you are asked which groups you want to support, select K-9 PALS, Group ID#150627604.
A contribution based on the amount of your purchase at a participating eScrip merchant will be made to K-9 PALS. Local participating merchants include; Baja Fresh, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Carl's Jr., Eddie Bauer, OfficeMax, Orchard Supply Hardware, Payless Shoe Source, Pep Boys, Round Table Pizza, ServiceMaster, and Vons.
